Shrimp Wine Tasting Event
For this party, the client provides the wine
from a local vendor – we provide the food, and
the wine merchant pairs the wine with each
course.
Starters:
Spicy Shrimp
Gazpacho with Lime
Served in mini shot glasses
Tequila Grilled
Shrimp Skewers
Served with remoulade sauce
Main Course:
Shrimp & Seafood
Scampi
With orecchiette pasta, crab & bay scallops
Spanish Shrimp &
Saffron Rice
With red peppers & Spanish olives
Dessert:
Chocolate
Espresso Mini Tartlets
Cost: $35 per person
Price includes delivery, set up and clean up.
Caterer will provide small tapas plates and
forks for main courses.
Caterer will provide one server/chef for the
event.
Client will provide wine and other beverages,
decorations, napkins and glasses.
Price does not include sales tax and 18%
gratuity.
